Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 Australia wide.

For orders under $100 we will charge $7.95 for standard shipping.

All express shipping orders cost $14.95.

All standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Depending on your location within Australia shipping can take up to 7 business days (E.g. WA rural).

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

All STOV packaging is biodegradable and comes from recycled sources.

 

Returns

At STOV, we stand behind the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@stov-bbq.com.au. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that used products cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or defective STOV BBQ, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement part at no additional cost.
